Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed if she’s still friends with her famous exes.
When it comes to “conscious uncoupling,” the 50-year-old Goop founder has some top-notch experience, as her romantic history includes a trinity of great Hollywood romances.
The Oscar-winning mogul – who recently returned from a romantic Parisian getaway with her husband Brad Falchuk, 51 – opened up about her policy of turning breakups into friendships when taking questions from fans on her Instagram DMs.

“Pretty much,” Paltrow wrote, answering a fan’s question about whether or not she’s remained friends with her former flames.
“I really believe in conscious uncoupling,” the Shakespeare in Love star explained, referring to the term she popularized during her divorce from Chris Martin in 2014.
“When you spend meaningful time with someone,” she wrote, “it’s nice to turn it into a friendship.” I don’t want to have bad blood with anyone, ever (if I can help it).
The lifestyle specialist married the Coldplay frontman in 2003 and they later amicably co-parented their two children – Apple, an 18-year-old daughter, and Moses, a 16-year-old son.

Before starting a family with the Viva La Vida hitmaker, Paltrow embarked on a tumultuous romance with fellow Oscar winner Ben Affleck, 50, during his heyday as a heartthrob in the late 90s.
The couple met in 1997 at a dinner party in Hollywood for the now infamous Miramax, which was the domain of Harvey Weinstein at the time.
Paltrow would later become a critical source for recording and exposing the tyrannical producer as a sexual predator, detailing his harassment of her when she was in a serious relationship with 59-year-old Brad Pitt.

Paltrow then found love with producer Brad Falchuk, whom she married in 2018.
And Falchuk isn’t threatened by his wife remaining friends with his famous exes.
“My husband is probably the least judgmental and most secure man in our relationship,” Paltrow told ET.
